What is the future of search? Will mobile and SMS take over?

The web wobbles and I find myself migrating towards the real time search or at least a chronological order friendly system.

This very problem leads me to believe that the future of what our generation has created is beyond privacy policies. The next big thing isn't creating a new online technology and certainly not cost per click. but relevance and compression.

The web has grown appendAGEs, and i feel that i should write for mashable, since I can't even finish a paragraph. ;)

On Godel

Tortoise: I once saw a man jumping outside his window while his wife was being shot... No. not really, but i saw a movie like that when i was a kid.
Fish: I realize that some people become delusional because they love who they once were... Sad occurrence, but does it automatically happen when you get old?
Tortoise: Must be one of those human things. I see a pattern to it.

You get brownie point if you know the references =)

Random

Today... I will say that i am perhaps ready for a challenge. I like.

I feel inspired, tickled in another language.

Something to say about Duty Free

I could say that the attendance in every trade show has decreased, but I was lucky enough to meet some of the most "influence influencers". Very nice people, real business people. The IAADFS Show was a great experience.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Philippe Charriol (Congratulations on your grand-daughter) and two of the greatest marketing and selling minds in the global market... Oh not to mention i got new Cavalli's. =)

What else can a girl ask for?

Parmigiani Launches New Website

Samples of proposed site to this amazing watchmaking company. Parnigiani is one of the few to be compared to Hublot and Chopard... Well, comparing to what the Swiss did. I feel proud.

This doesn't do the Bugatti watch any justice.

Social Media Forward

Today I feel is one of those reassuring days for social media...

Hulu and Google. Welcome to peer to peer.

Today Matt Cutts announced Google's new "Friend Connect". And hulu is now allowing social media and therefore targeting tools for advertising (Enjoy commercial free online TV for now kiddies).

So... Are you thinking what I am thinking pinky?

Paola feels that "Web 2.0" is becoming much like the term "Business Intelligence" or "10 Golden Farts"

Ha! That is truly how I feel.

I feel that Social Media Networking is very fragile at this point. I have experienced what social media can do and the results are truly the best method of advertising ("My Beautiful Mommy"). However, not every product or idea is bound to "catch" the ever informing consumer and ever random blogger.

Social Media Networking means - information being filtered by your friends - your "network". Social media buying simply means that opinions can be bought and constantly updated. A Social Media marketer should understand branding, intuitiveness and user behavior while monitoring responses.

So where does this leave SEO and meta tags? Where are our privacy policy laws and policies?

I am off to mobile land in Miami. Heh. :: sarcasm ::

People Using Obama For Marketing..

I have seen an increasing trend in utilizing president Obama as a marketing object.

Lets not cheapen the American brand shall we?

The market is down and banks won't reassure anything.

Online Marketing Strategies in Miami and other cities

AdMob who? Tweet what? Huh? searchwiki?

Today I realized that Miami is way behind... I have been too busy to realize it but now that I am contemplating opportunities I can appreciate the high end markets a lot more. How is it that companies in Miami don't see the potential in mobile advertising and social media marketing? What words in R.O.I. can't you make out?

SEO and Blogs are so pase, and no one in Miami seems to understand that, people like Jay Berkowitz are still preaching the "Rules" and selling small business owners an image. The world is getting smaller as we type and everyone is a media outlet filtering and passing down information. You can now buy/sell opinion in the free world.

Marketing is dead as we know it in the traditional sense, Conde Nast just revealed the worse year ever for a publisher and magazine sales are 24%. I am sure Land Rover and Jaguar decided to cut a cople of ads and photo shoots to spend 1.6 M in mobile advertising.

I'd love to be in San Francisco right about now...

Writing is an art...

Writers are a special kind of species... Art Directors are an animal kingdom/queedom.

Where does that leave the marketing minds?

The marketing minds can see beyond the writing and the branding.

Oscar commercials :

JCPenney is stepping up their style? Perfect timing, they'll buy Macys and keep Bloomies.
AmericanExpress has the budget to use A listers eh? I don't want to hear about TARP for you!
Windows... (I recall meeting one of the Marketing Directors at web 2.0 and having this conversation). You are getting closer to emotional branding, how can apple compete with a 4.5 year old who loves her PC?

And of course, we are on a quest to repair America's Image. How obvious.

Series I - Branches

This shall enable me to upload an incredible amount of memories, moments of enlightenment and sometimes pure stupidity...

Privacy Laws in this www are none. So why can't we all live a transparent life?

As if...
